Hello, I am Amogh. I build the thing, then ask how it breaks.

BACKEND ROOTS. SECURITY DIRECTION.

MCA student with backend internship experience, now going deeper into networks, Linux, web systems, and the security questions hiding between them.

01 / ORIGIN STORY

I started with
how it works.
Now I ask
how it fails.

I am building the kind of foundation that survives past a tutorial: programming, APIs, databases, networking, Linux, and a working mental model of what happens after pressing Enter.

Ten months as a backend intern taught me how application pieces fit together. Cybersecurity gave me a reason to inspect every seam.

02 / WORKING SET

What is currently
in the toolbox.

No progress bars. No suspicious 99% ratings. Just the things I have worked with.

01

Programming

Java / Python / C / JavaScript / SQL

02

Backend systems

REST APIs / FastAPI / JWT authentication / MVC architecture

03

Data

MySQL / MongoDB / PostgreSQL

04

Web foundations

HTML / CSS / JavaScript / Node.js / React

05

Security foundations

Networking / Linux / Nmap / Wireshark

06

Developer workflow

VS Code / Git / GitHub / Docker basics / CLI

03 / FIELD NOTES

Current
operating
principles.

NOTE_01

Understand the normal before hunting the weird.

Protocols and systems make more sense when the baseline is clear first.

NOTE_02

Tools report. People interpret.

Nmap and Wireshark are useful because the concepts underneath them are useful.

NOTE_03

Break the lab. Document the lesson.

Safe experiments, clear notes, and fewer mysterious commands copied from strangers.

I promise none of these

Recruiters, developers, security people, and friendly humans are all allowlisted.
